Can I get my glasses replaced/repaired on the NHS?

Certain groups of people are entitled to help with the cost of repairing or replacing their glasses or contact lenses. Can you replace glasses?

If you lose, break or snap your frames then we will try our very best to repair and replace them. We are also able to replace sides, arms, frames and lenses themselves. If you are over the age of 16 you may have to pay for any repairs and replacements.

Will my glasses be done the same day?

We aim to repair as many breakages as we can the same day, however this is dependent upon the severity of the breakage and whether we have the appropriate materials in stock.
